My 2006 World Tour
On May 9th, 2006 I left for a trip to the UK to visit Russ and Karen for about a week, and then on to Cyprus to see Huey for 5 days. I found a reasonably priced ticket on Virgin-Atlantic direct from Orlando to Manchester. The flight time was almost 8 hours on the nose.
Russ and Karen met me at the airport and drove me to the hotel in Bradford. I usually stay at Holiday Inn Express hotels when I travel, and this one was conveniently located in the middle of town.

Kind of a small hotel room, much smaller than I was accustomed to, but I didn't spend much time there, so it was not a problem.
